Needs Better Language and Usability Options

Why is the MyGov app only available in Malay and not in English? Many users, including Malaysians, rely on English for better understanding. If the app is meant to be “secured,” then the language should also be secure and easy for everyone to understand.If we are required to use this app for government services, it should at least be user-friendly and provide multiple language options. Right now, it is not convenient or helpful for users who are not fluent in Malay. Please improve the app by adding English support and making the interface more user-friendly.

Useful but Limited by Language

The platform is intuitive and provides comprehensive information, but a major drawback is that it’s only available in Malay. There are no other official language options, which makes it less accessible for non-Malay speakers. It would be great if English & Chinese / Tamil interfaces were added in the future.
