Hi humbly request SPR to look into this. The age of this apps has been more than 5 years old yet it has a lot of issues such as latency and buffering issues. In this crucial time, I hope the efficiency of this app has to be at its best for the nation of Malaysia to make good use of this app especially for the youngsters who can help their parents and senior citizens who are not able to identify their place of votings. Please consider for an immediate upgrade of version with lots of bug fixings. Thank you. 🇲🇾

I’ve been there early and have been queuing in the line up to 30 minutes, when I’ve finally get into the room to prepare for voting, they says my number is wrong. How could this even get wrong, is it like a random generated number given from your system ? This can be the worst bug ever you can have for this kind of apps.

This app is not efficient at all. What’s the point of having the app when I still have to go to SPR office to change my voting address when I should be able to do it online! Isn’t that the whole purpose this app???

Don’t know where to start. Takes forever for the app to load. When it does load and the IC interface appears, it goes to loading again after you type in a few digits. You got 5 years to create an app that works. Really shows how inefficient the whole system is.
