Ive added my bill into cart but when i check the cart its still empty. Saw comments on this since Feb, its alrdy July, u still havent fix this? Youve disabled all the other platform for us to pay the bill, and ths one platform barely worked. Pay@KL was definitely useless before, and u made another thats equivalently useless. U want us to accumulate penalty fees is it for late payment? Either u make ths work within the next month, Or let us pay using bill payment via m2u or cimbclicks until u got this app sorted.

The application interface always ask for me to update for a new version but there is no update available in the store because it is up to date. I can’t even click anything because the pop up’s message keep appearing. What r u doing esp the person in charge or responsible for this maintenance. If ur dev team cannot debug and fix this thing, hire me, i can fix this thing.

Rubbish app! If not able to develop a functional app, better remove it from the App Store. It only gives troubles to the users but not ease our life. I even tried to make penalty payment through Pay@KL but everything remains the same. If you guys do not have an expert to manage the app, please dismantle it! Don’t waste our time! Rubbish developer!

This app is very disappointing. There are too many bugs such as empty carts, slow loading times, and frequent timeouts during payment. I’ve tried updating and reinstalling the app, but the issues still persist. Please improve the system because it makes important payments difficult for users.
