updated WAR name to match artifact defined on pom.xml debian-8 is deprecated, script updated to deploy debian-9 image. updated backports source name as well.

How does this show as merged but the actual changes are not on the repo? Am I missing something? |

Sorry for the confusion. This code is being moved into a different location for the new bookshelf examples. See #438 . |

Warfile name was incorrect and updated OS image to debian-9 since 8 is deprecated.
