App is good but few problems

Good app that allow tracking to steps and allowance. But one thing is that some outside retailers don’t accept the smart buddy. I tried it in all NETS retailers like 7-11 or Sheng Siong, but it got declined. I tried it again and it can’t work. I have yet to try it in school since it is the school holidays but it is just that the Smart Buddy can’t be used on some outside retailers. I even tried it with Fast Food chains like KFC or McDonalds. In school sometimes, some stores are limited. But it is a great app it is just the Smart Buddy Watch. Additionally, I noticed that sometime I try to open the watch, it showed me a grey screen and it closed by itself. But overall it was an okay experience.

I have 3 kids using Smart Buddy watch. Their expenses can be tracked and now we even talked more on daily basis on their expenditures and experiences when using the Smart Buddy Watch. In my end, I’ve experienced some difficulties regards to their balances. I hope that the unused amount can be automatically credited to their respective accounts by the end of each week and they can view how much balance that they have for the day or week. With technology it should makes our life easier not a hassle. It consumes battery like there’s no tomorrow. I need to charge it on daily basis and with micro USB it hours to recharge it. This is so inconvenient and messy.

Kid loves it but incorrect date

Very useful watch and app. My son is now able to plan and regulate his spending. I have a few feedbacks:- date is incorrect for the last 5 days. Syncing didnt solve the problem. Where did the watch get the date from?- the watch is late by 2 min every week hence need to be synced frequently- everytime we sync, need to tap too many steps: watch, sync, confirm no update and select watch. Please make sync easier with 1 step button

More merchants to accept smart buddy card

Hi. This smart buddy card is actually quite awesome app to help us manage kids expenses on daily basis. The only problem we have is it’s not widely accepted. Many places including popular kids frequent merchants like McDonalds or 7-11 do not accept smart buddy card. They are somehow limited to using the card in school canteen only. Hope you can reach out to more merchants to accept the usage of the card.
