Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 1 month prior before the renewal date.
Cancellation info:
- You may cancel your TheNoor Pro subscription at any time through your account settings in the Noor app or via the relevant payment platform Apple App Store.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to TheNoor Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle. However, no refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time. If you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed, your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period.

1. Tafsir written in both English & Malay language, which I expected to be included for a Malaysian developed app. Not everyone actually wanted to turn the audio on, some of us like to read them2. A slower version of the Quran narration. Help those who are still struggling with their tajweed, pronunciations etc. I used this feature to help improve my readings and helped a lot3. Add rumi versions of the Quran as well, don’t expect all your users to be arabic literate. Mualafs do appreciate this feature as it is very helpful 4. No Zikir tab which I expected to be included for a paid app as this is such a basic feature 5. Features such as profile customisation is not that important. The content of the app should be more wholesome. I don’t find this app as unique & useful as I expected it to be yet. Maybe I am expecting too much but it does need improvement in terms of content. We Malaysian are very supportive & forgiving (complains but gave 4 stars anyway😅) but let’s not take that for granted ya? We know you can do better. Insyaallah
Some part of the app is lagging

I dont know why but recently some part of the app is lagging. I usually keep tracking my prayer by using this app and its wonderful as it is really helpful for me. However, recently, i noticed that the tick function for daily prayer is not functioning well. Whenever i try to tick it, it keeps on lagging and ask me to wait. I’m not very sure if it’s only happened with me but can you please help to fix this problem? It will be wonderful. I really love this app. It’s really convenient for me. So i really hope that i can keep continue using this app in future.
Unreliable azan audio player. If you have the prayer time tab displayed inside app, and then (1) an azan+audio notification pops up playing at due time, (2) you clicked on that notification intending to hear full azan, (3) it will return to the prayer time tab, but will not play the azan audio. Basically, you cannot have the app already launched and prayer time tab already displayed when it's time to play azan, as the audio player on that tab won't (re)appear.Add before uninstall: In newer version, notification+short azan won't reliably appear on time. If click to play the longer azan - sometimes it plays in full, or maybe only plays only halfway through 1st verse.Add before uninstall:Even having widget supposedly running in background won't auto refresh location; need to launch first then only it refreshes location. Outdated location => wrong prayer time.Add before uninstall: Went ... to Saudi. This app displayed location as "Langkawi, Saudi Arabia" while in Madinah. The prayer time was off by hours, neither for Malaysia nor for Saudi Arabia. Can no longer choose which authority to calculate prayer time; i vaguely remember this was previously possible in older app UI. Addendum: Uninstalling. After almost a year and after it refreshed UI, it has become too much unpredictable. Even the options that used to be there in previous version is no longer available in newer UI. 4mths waiting for the app to return to sanity .... was in vain.
Not well function as previous

I love to use this app and recently they just upgraded version with nice interface however i prefer to use previous version since it more user friendly , previous version the azan timing just can be click on the main home and AlQuran can search the surrah easily but the new one cant search even they provided search section, the location also sometimes error and most of the time , the app having some error notification and error on azan timing , i already used this app quite long but since end of last year until now always having error. Hope this app can be user friendly as before but for the interface i need to say it is beautiful.
