After updating the apps few days ago suddenly my internet quota drained too fast. My monthly quota almost fully utilised just in a week. Not sure the apps issue or internet provider issue but i noticed there is some changes for the latest version that make me feel this is due to the apps issue (on location services specifically). Please look into it urgently. Thanks.
Low rate & Bad completion rate system

First of all they charges high commission fee which is 20% of your wages (of course they’ve deducted/ included in the stated wages). Compared to others job seeking apps, this one is the worst. Plus, now they added the completion rate system which is very bad! I claimed a job a week prior to the date, but cancelled at the same day I claimed the job due to personal reasons. However, they deduct my merits making me unable to accept other job offer with high payments. This is so messed up. Unless if I cancelled the job last minute, it will be acceptable but NO! And I was once being cancelled by the poster since he want to add OT but I couldn’t as I accepted the job based on date & time stated and he immediately cancelled me just like that without proper reason & no action taken by GoGet. Ever since that, I never use goget again and switched to FastGig & Troopers! Much much better
Worst customer service

Had an issues with the pic for not allowing me enter the warehouse for working eventhough i arrived 30 min early before the working time. The pic said it’s a first come first serve but the apps and whatsapp group didn’t inform at all about the first come first serve. What’s the point of approved jobs in the apps if youre going to use first come first serve on daily basis? Been reporting the issues toward the customer service and email but the answer is “we are sorry for the inconvenience and your reports will bla bla for 2-7 working days”. Why took so long? When it comes to put my payment on hold just because the apps cant track me at the job location, wahh youre working so fast ah to put my payment on hold?
Failed to reactivate account

First of all sorry for inconvenience but this app is not worth it. If you're cancel last minute it will give you penalty demerit 4 plus deduct rm15 and max 10 demerits then your account will be blocked. I already stated the reason why I was canceling the job especially when not feeling well or having personal issues and also informed poster. After following up with the team by email which almost 2 weeks waiting for them..they immediately suspended my account due to my response because i am penalised wrongly. is this customer service? I am giving you an feedback as a user and asking nicely to reactivate my account as if i owe you much money.
