I had a very frustrating experience using the MyTax app. The login system is unreliable — even after resetting my password multiple times, I still couldn’t access my account. The app frequently fails without giving clear error messages, which makes it confusing and time-consuming to fix simple issues.On top of that, the password reset process doesn’t work properly, and there’s no immediate support available when you get stuck. For something as important as tax management, this level of performance is unacceptable.Overall, the app feels poorly designed and not user-friendly at all. It really needs serious improvement in both functionality and customer support

This app is not more but at least some good thing to ease users on e-filing tasks completion, though it might need some professional knowledge to tackle know-how to complete that filing. Some how some app bug restricts filing proceding, such as format offset (ios: description wordings overlapping insertion box; and, while using phone for filing, mobile mode is not compatible but desktop mode is workable). Message “Invalid” keeps on popping up…. Anyway, at least something for users to get online for tax solutions.We shall appreciate those behind scene that continuing for bugs fixing and improvements.Thank you very much for efforts and time on providing online solutions.👍✅👏

Tried to log in for the first time. Did the e-kyc 3 times already since earlier stated dont have digital ID. So, until the last step suddenly Failed (3 times retook, still same), stated already have digital ID. Tried logged in after that, no digital ID. What u mean?? I have or no have? I have the mydigital ID app also, if it’s really related to that. Make sure to link them laa💆🏻aiyoo, like this better go to LHDN directly la to solve. Need to find free time lagi. Telling us to do e-filing else nanti itulah inilah. Really disappointed here. Pls improve your app services if you really wanna help us. Make it user friendly and efficient. Thanks!!

I went through the eKYC successfully on first trial. I notice there is an area needs to be improved on this app. I encountered a hiccup when i filled up my password & security phase at ‘Basic Information Verification’ page. When i press ‘Submit’ button at this page, it showed no response. I press many times, still the same. I thought i failed to create password, & closed the app to do again. When restarted my app, i was able to log in with the password i keyed. It gave me a fright, then relief. By the way, i use Iphone13.
