Topup at parking credit min RM10, then how do I do to the rest of those money? And the system are too slow to synchronise to the entry parking machine, after topup and still want to wait for updated only can let me scan the card… why don’t just use TNG???

Current app can only register a maximum of 2 cars, please consider many household have more than 2 cars. Please increase number of of cars that can be registered under one account. Thank you.

Frequent enforce update and slow top up process. After topping up, it takes a while for their back end system to the update the actual balance.

Imagine having to topup Rm10 everytime your card balance is below Rm5?? Might as well take the ticket from the machine and pay by card at the autopay. You create an APP which is supposed to give you ease of access but instead, we get this half baked payment methods
