Seamless carpark features? I can’t even key in my plate number. 3 letters + 4 numbers = INVALID PLATE NUMBER 🙄 Oh, is this increasing parking rate going to be a trend? Used to go IPC almost every other day, but now, forget it. And I’m not the only one who notices. Good luck retaining customers and reaching your KPI

What kind of app is this? Troublesome, cumbersome, you name it. The scanner is also slow and wasting time to wait for it to scan so that points can be collected when we dispose our recycles. Not talking about the voluminous amount of points that need to be collected before one could redeem. We’re not disposing furniture or something like that. Goodness, can’t you guys be a little more practical?Please, if you think that we got time to wait for all that while we voluntarily recycle our rubbish, then i think this is one app that should also be recycle. And that free parking was 10minutes - for 2 cars. Forget it.

The app is asking me too many personal identifiable information just for a membership app and for what?I used to be able to just recycle my stuff for a quick cents/ringgit, but now i have to download this darn app, sign up (give up my personal information like ID, phone number, number of children?!!) and just to get points?!Unbelievable.

I tried to sign up but I didnt get the OTP. Been trying so many times and it failed to send any. My sign up is not completed.
