The one thing i missed so much while taking this shots was my Tripod which i had not carried. I had to hold my hands as steady as possible to make this shot happen, still, the shake is evident This photo is an outcome of a series of 5 photos stitched in PS and a bit of level adjustments

I was lucky that a bright yellow bus passed behind the fountain and trees creating this illumination that contrasted with the tree trunks.
It's been a while since i've folded something. But i stll haven't lost my touch.

We got really lucky with a bit o' sun with an awesome chase of the Night Gas. Here, the MRL 4408's train looks more like a Paradise local with logs for Tricon on the head end. This is a bit west of Dixon, as I recall.
i like how these two sisters are interacting in this blurry scene. play acting yet not clear whether they are happy or upset. a family christmas can have many feelings.
I stopped at Palm Springs airport tonight and took about 100 exposures ... they all suck, even this one. But I do like the colors and the way the lights are streaking as I pan the camera.
I was very far away and was using my slow 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 lens ... A really great lens but not at all well suited for night work.

Tokyo Night Walker-YURAKUCHO
Yurakucho provides a glimpse of Japanese life from the early postwar period, with its many izakaya (Japanese-style bars, denoted by their red lanterns known as akachochin) and outdoor yakitori restaurants ('yakitoriya'), many of which are located under the train tracks serving Tokyo's JR Yamanote Line. Because of its many traditional Japanese-style eating establishments, as well as its location on the Yamanote Line with easy access to Tokyo Station, Yurakucho is a favorite drinking spot for businessmen on their way home from work.
