Thanks for visiting... :) !

Happy Memorial Day everyone, and hope a good one for everyone.

I was looking at some of the images of the Meadowlark's and really liked this one, and thought the look was as unusual as can be, so here it is, and hope you all like it as much as I did.

Thank you as always for visiting.

Best to be viewed in large size format.

TUBE NOSTRILS, puts the fulmar, with the family of the shearwaters and petrels, not a gull, to watch these birds with stiffly held wings and effortless gliding action, captured from the top of the cliffs at Northforland Margate, Kent. U.K are a joy to watch, they nest in the chalk cliffs. Please zoom in to see the tube nose! (110 cm in length)

The famous Faraglioni, Isle of Capri, Italy. (1) #930

CHARMING well-marked little finch, seen only in our area a few times during the winter, when alder trees are leafless, and the seed heads are up for grabs. Seeing then up high in the trees twittering to each other, is a real joy, but a real photography challenge, as they move so fast. and their heads are always buried in the seed heads! . When the seeds are gone so are the Siskins. The males have a black head like above, and absent in females, seen in the Alder wood at Stodmarsh, Kent, U.K. Not the best image, but the best I could do, and not sure if I will see them again this year.

THANK YOU for your visit and kind comment, it does mean a lot. Have a great weekend, enjoy. happy clicking, and God bless... ...................Tomx........

Good morning folks, I wanted to say that there are 30 more images of the Snake & Egret and so many interesting one's at that, but will see how things go and may put one or 2 more up.

Here we have a Little Blue preening which always makes a nice image, especially with the crest up, thank you all very much for the visit, and have a wonderful day.

On Memorial day we had to wait in line for 2 hours, but it was worth every minute!

This folks was a great day, as we approached the pond there were over 100 birds feeding, flying, taking off and of course landing and the action ws non stop for quite a while, so there will be more images from this outing.

Have a wonderful day, and thank you so much for stopping by, always appreciated.
