Sierra is a wild mustang, green broke by the successful program at the Nevada State prison where it places wild horses in new homes and helps the inmates who train them set new priorities in their lives. Alex is now the proud owner of Sierra.

Bienve's my cousin cat, it's very very fad! But, you see it and it's like "oh, it is like a soft, mild and cute pillow" :)
Peace & Love for all! <3

It was serendipitous to have found this little green Scarab beetle on my patio! Lucky me!
I had to put all my pot plants around him, to protect him from the Indian Miner birds that were trying to make a meal of him.

A distinctively-marked Green Lacewing, which is notable in itself! I found this inside my "bug tent", which makes a pretty good malaise trap--insects fly in, but have trouble flying out. I captured this one and placed it in one of my "studios", a white plastic container.
The spots look to me rather like injured areas on leaves, and are, perhaps, cryptic. Body length about 12 mm. See BugGuide account for identification.

Make sure you wear green today so you don't get pinched!
This weeks theme was green. I decided to make a batch of cupcakes from scratch and dye the icing green for my 52 weeks. It was delicious and an excellent idea, ha!
