"Who made this sh**ty sandwich anyway?"
Hmmm, something about him reminds me of Gordon Ramsay......
Despite all the signs saying "Don't feed the animals", one of the favourite pastimes for visitors to Stanley Park is to feed the local critters.
RKO_8081. Feeding time. Food handover by the male Kingfisher in process! For me an unique image: food transfer while flying/hovering.
One of many awesome captures taken / images made yesterday. Five young Kingfishers just left their nest and they were still being fed by their father.
Kingfisher spam coming days! I've warned you.....

I find that cooking and photography have similarities. In my opinion, great cooking is also an art. Anyone can cook, but not everyone is a great cook. Similar to photography, there are a number of ‘ingredients’ that go into the final composition. You not only have to come up with the right combination of ingredients, you also have to come up with the precise proportions of each. And then there’s the actual cooking…similar to exposure. If you don’t get that part right, the final composition fails to impress. If it all comes together perfectly, though, you have more than just food. You have oohs and aahs, and yums, you have excitement, you have lip smacking happiness and joy. Art is like that. Yes, I love food. :-)
