Conditional Split

Sometimes splitting off configuration completely is not desired. For example the color settings of bartik need to be set in the sync directory so that the configuration can be imported when no split that contains it is active. But you can not dynamically override the color of Bartik, so what do you do?

This is what the Conditional Split feature does:

Save the specified configuration to the split directory but do not remove it from the main sync directory if it exists there. There is also an option to only save it to the split directory if it is different from the one in the sync directory. This is useful in combination with wildcards.
