Several attempts to log in / register – no email from them, no offer to create a password but they still ask me for a password. Recovery doesn’t work either. Waste of time.

We are sorry you are having a hard time registering/logging into the plugin – To be sure, is it the Mailchimp app you are trying to access or the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/? what happens after you have downloaded the plugin? Do you have an error message?
