Months old errors still not fixed

    Today I ran into the same error, user “bord1” had five months ago: I cannot see the settings site because <div id=”wplc-chat-container” style=”display: none”>.
    Another issue is my access blocking. The wp-admin directory is blocked with a password but as soon as I activate the plugin suddenly the whole website is locked with the password. This makes the plugin totally useless for me.

    your issues seems to be the result of a conflict with another plugin or your theme or of a firewall rule which prevents the proper loading of 3CX Live chat plugin files.

    We continuously work on find and solve these kind of conflicts. Please send us an email to wordpress@3cx.com with the list of the plugins installed in your WordPress in order to proceed with further investigation.
