Forminator Phone Field

    Hello. When adding the Phone field into a form page, it opens the phone field setting page, but empty. Did anyone faced the same issue? how to solve this one?

    I tried deactivate/activate, delete, reinstall, plugin reset, … everything you can think off, but nothing worked.

    What I noticed is that the phone filed in template forma work well, no issues when selecting to edit the phone field, however, adding a new phone field will result in an empty settings page.

    I ran some tests and tried to replicate this issue in my lab site using the latest version of forminator, but I could not, it appears the issue is specific to your website and could be due to a plugin conflict.

    To investigate further, I’m suggesting running a full conflict test by disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme, you can take a look at this document to learn more about how to do that;

    I found the conflict plugin. It is “Chauffeur Booking System for WordPress“. So, now what? how I can solve the issue?

    After extensive testing, I discovered that to avoid the ‘Phone’ field opening a blank page when attempting to edit its settings, you simply need to preview the form at least once beforehand. Once the form has been previewed, the ‘Phone’ field can be added and its ‘Edit’ option accessed without any issue.

    However, would you be able to share the URL where we can download or learn more about the plugin you mentioned? This will help us review it more thoroughly and determine if there is anything on Forminator’s side that needs to be improved.

    I can see the mentioned plugin is a premium plugin, so it would be hard for us to test it further However, I have reported this problem to our development team for further investigations.
