Aprove Comment

I want non-registered (visitors) to be able to comment on pages I opened for comments. But how I do it, they always have to be approved first.
I have removed all the plugins.
Still, I always have to approve every comments from alredy approved comments authors.
“Users must be registered and logged in to comment” is uncheked.
“Comment must be manually approved” is uncheked.
“Comment author must have a previously approved comment” is cheked.
If I unchek “”Comment author must have a previously approved comment” it orks, it works, but then I had no control at all.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks Threadi. I have also created an online test page at the address http://www.roparen.se – there I have no plugins, but exactly the same problem. So it is not wpDiscuz that is the cause.
