Absolutely hopeless

Trying to download and re-upload a basic site. Doesn’t work, constant errors, corrupted downloads, won’t upload, barred by different payment gates when you get so far into the process. Advertise as free, but the free version doesn’t work. That would be fine if they said that you had to pay from the outset rather than waste hours of time.
Just a frustrating waste of time.
