    Bio

    I am a WordPress developer based (for now) in Perth, Western Australia. I am passionate about UX, data-driven decision making, cats and travel – not necessarily in that order. I am an ambassador for She Codes Australia, a volunteer organisation making coding and web careers more accessible for women, and I am the meetup coordinator for the Perth WordPress meetup. I am also a consultant with the Australian Small Business Advisory Service Digital Solutions Program that provides accessible advice and training to Aussie small business owners. I am easily recognisable by my bright purple hair and dorky glasses 🙂

    WordPress Origin Story

    I threw in the towel on my old life as a process-engineer-turned-software-specialist and decided to use my powers for good instead of evil. I loved WordPress because it is open source and has a fabulous community that welcomed me with open arms and allows for the perfect combination of nerdiness and creativity.
