    Bio

    I am a thirty-something mother of 3, with a passion for WordPress and user support. Currently I am a WooCommerce Happines Engineer, a moderator in the .org support forums and a speaker at meetups and WordCamps.

    On my blog (QualityInSupport.com) I write about how you can get better at user support for your WordPress product. I also run donatewc.org.

    WordPress Origin Story

    WordPress has been a game-changer for me. You can read the full story in the essay I’ve contributed to HeroPress here, but in short:

    When I was a few feet below rock bottom, I found out that WordPress is the most open way to participate in a community and to find work that is enjoyable. I’ve found so many new friends and opportunities within the WordPress world, and I can never be thankful enough.
