Job Description

We are now seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will work closely with corporate clients to analyze management challenges and propose solutions to support organizational growth and transformation through customized learning and development initiatives. 

You will play a key role in analyzing client management issues, designing talent development and organizational transformation programs, and managing projects from planning through execution. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with consulting or proposal-based sales experience who is passionate about organizational development and business transformation. 

Client satisfaction and long-term partnerships are at the heart of our business. Therefore, strong listening skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders are essential. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Analyze strategic and management challenges faced by client organizations and propose appropriate solutions 
• Design and manage talent development and organizational transformation projects 
• Identify business needs and improvement opportunities within client organizations 
• Develop and implement customized learning and development initiatives 
• Manage projects from planning to delivery and evaluation 
• Visit client companies, participate in networking events, and organize or deliver seminars (occasional travel within Europe may be required) 
• Accumulate and leverage insights gained through projects to improve future initiatives 

Qualifications and Skills (Required) 

• Master’s degree  
• Business-level English 
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) 
• Experience proposing or implementing business or operational improvements 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to understand and analyze client needs 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 
• Project management capability 
• Ability to work proactively and independently 
• Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint 

Qualifications and Skills (Preferred) 

• 3+ years of experience in B2B consulting or proposal-based sales 
• Experience in business development or market expansion in new markets 
• Experience working with Japanese companies
