Create a new agent skill for reviewing documentation freshness and accuracy. Add it as a review check in the usethis-qa-llm-review dispatcher skill. Register it in AGENTS.md and docs/skills-directory.txt. Issue #1876 showed an FAQ claiming Poetry support was "planned" when it was already implemented. No skill existed to catch this class of doc staleness.
