Unzip the file getdata-projectfiles-UCI HAR Dataset.zip in the working directory

Run the run_analysis.r in R

It will output a text file getdata.txt as the result of the cleaned data in the folder getdata-projectfiles-UCI HAR Dataset

It will also output a text file Average.txt as the mean of all variables grouped by Subject and Activity in the folder getdata-projectfiles-UCI HAR Dataset
