It is a project based on IJCNN's paper Automatic Chromosome Classification using Deep Attention Based Sequence Learning of Chromosome Bands and process some new methods
From this project, we can use this deep learning chromosome classification machine to help doctor realize the chromosome classification and segmentation. It is such a convinent method that may save much time.
