Also move astroid submodule to the right path.

Thanks @diraol, but sorry I still made a mistake when added astroid as submodule, I saw you already fixed it in .gitmodule file, but I don't think it works, because now astroid is not considerred as submodule, anyway, I fix the mistake and creat a new PR.
