I started putting the template into the wiki, but then thought that it might be nice as a file that you could copy. I'm fine with it either way. |

That's a valid usecase. If we want users to get it then lets remove it from the .git folder. Everything there will not be part of the repo the user gets when he clones it. @bleathem what do you think? should a doc template be part of the repo? |

Adds the documentation template, links to it from the wiki, and applies the template to all patterns (except alerts, cards, and patterns that are variations on a base pattern).
