Absolute Johannes factotum
- SCP-7660 (?)
- SCP-7660 is a mysterious biological entity kept inside a steel crate that cannot be imaged by normal means. Looking into its viewing port causes a person's perspective to shift, making them see out of the crate instead of in, and blindfolded individuals report being touched by silk-covered fingers. The SCP was recovered after a semitruck crash and is associated with a cycle of death and rebirth, where a person, often referred to as "you," is repeatedly killed by "slamhounds" and then reborn, sometimes as a different entity or with altered characteristics, to protect Dr. Amitha Sanmugasundaram, who is trying to understand the crate's true nature. The entity within the crate, which eventually reveals itself to be "the pipes" or pathways to a reality beyond consciousness, consumes those fed to it, including the "slamhounds" and eventually Amitha, to nourish itself and integrate them into a collective soul.
- Death from laughter (?)
- Death from laughter is a rare phenomenon where excessive laughter can lead to death, typically from cardiac arrest or asphyxiation. While often used as a hyperbole, historical accounts from ancient Greece to modern times describe individuals allegedly dying this way, sometimes linked to underlying medical conditions like heart rhythm abnormalities or brain issues affecting laughter control.
