by deferring the creation of the key until deserialization on the server.
DeadRef_CustomFieldSerializer.java is a duplicate of the LiveRef_CustomFieldSerializer.java under the resources directory. I need to make it to prevent gwt serialization errors.
This is my first pull request for objectify, so please let me know if I need to do anything else.
