LGTM. I'm not a native English speaker, but what I know is that target does not follow the rule of double the consonant and it becomes just targeting/targeted.

From what I've been told,
targettedandtargettingare uncommon at best, and considered wrong in most contexts. (I am not a native English speaker, though.)
