Update the roadmap with relevant milestones.

i suggest removing the milestone table since the github project already serves as an adequate roadmap. this way, we won’t need to constantly update the doc with new version milestones or remove older ones to keep the table from becoming too long.

While I agree with you on the keeping the table up to date, I think many users aren't aware of the roadmap, and where to in essence look for. I'll leave it up to Demitrius Nelon (@denelon) if this PR is still desirable :)
