Huh... I think the PR is just out of date. This is already filled in for me locally. A new push should bring up the fixed file with examples and whatnot.

This adds the missing help info (resolving #105) and updates existing help to use some clearer cmdlet parameters and descriptions.
Andy Atkinson (@aoatkinson) Could you review and make sure this looks good? It's pretty much just what we went over together.
