Release the CVE-2025-67030 plexus-utils fix as a patch. Bumps the Maven artifact version and the hardcoded clientVersion used in the User-Agent header to keep them in sync. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #281. That PR merged the CVE-2025-67030 fix but landed before the version-bump commit was included, so
masterstill reads6.3.0(already published to Maven Central).This bumps the release version so the fix can ship, updating every spot the release convention (see #275) touches:
