Precise is now a month EOL, so it's time to switch to Trusty.
Additionally, update the SVG files that fail with new Inkscape/Python, which fixes #7851. Strangely, this passes both before and after updating these files. I fear it might be AppVeyor that still requires these old files, so hopefully this passes.
