Mount GeoIP.conf file to /etc/conf/GeoIP.conf

UserId LicenseKey ProductIds GeoIP2-Country

docker run --rm \
  -v $(pwd):/geoipdata \
  -v $(pwd)/GeoIP.conf:/etc/conf/GeoIP.conf \
  implustechnology/alpine-geoipupdate /etc/conf/GeoIP.conf
