Removes the funny
FILE:LANGargument parsing from the CLI, but preserves passing--language=for certain commands likegraphwhich operate over a directory of files. For commands likeparseandgraph, the new https://github.com/tclem/lingo-haskell based language detection (see #230) should be sufficient for the languages that semantic currently supports.
