Slight usability change. Buttons are now CSS-styled arrows.

I noticed (while learning how to use Git) that the pagination links at the bottom of each page weren't very obvious, so I spruced them up a bit to look like so:

They're done in CSS without images, so they may be a bit buggy with IE and older browsers, but worst-case they'll just lose the arrow part.
It could also be expanded to previous page buttons in the future if necessary.
