Prepare release updates and patch npm security dependencies - #52

Summary

• align the free plugin PHPUnit workflow with the improved Pro test setup
• add a reusable wp-tests-config.php.example template for local WordPress test environments
• patch npm dependency resolution for recent security advisories

• refactor tests/bootstrap.php to use a WordPress-aware bootstrap flow
• update phpunit.xml coverage settings
• relax the version format assertion in tests/Unit/BasicTest.php
• ignore the local wp-tests-config.php file
• document Local by Flywheel PHPUnit setup in README.md
• add wp-tests-config.php.example
• force axios to ^1.15.0 via npm overrides and update package-lock.json
• force basic-ftp to ^5.2.1 via npm overrides and update package-lock.json
• force lodash to ^4.18.0 via npm overrides and update package-lock.json
• force lodash-es to ^4.18.0 via npm overrides and update package-lock.json
