I’m a Senior Engineering Manager with 20+ years in software engineering, focused on building and scaling high-performing iOS and Android teams for consumer products at scale.
In my most recent role, I led 18-24 engineers across multiple teams, delivering key product initiatives while also driving a cross-platform modernization effort—moving toward SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose and simplifying the data layer to improve developer velocity.
I tend to operate as a hands-on EM—I stay close to architecture and technical decisions, and I’m comfortable getting into the code when needed, especially around UI frameworks and platform concerns. Recently, I’ve been deepening that by building with SwiftUI directly to stay current with modern patterns.
What I’m really looking for now is a role where I can both lead teams and contribute technically—particularly in mobile platform or UI-focused orgs where improving developer velocity and system design has a big impact.
