ci(pipeline): update helm chart publishing process and icon URL

- Modified the GitHub Actions pipeline to change the location of Helm charts.
- Removed unnecessary commands for creating index.yaml and running `helm repo index`.
- Updated the icon URL in Chart.yaml from master branch to main branch.
