We are planning on deprecating the cli.cloudfoundry.org reference docs since they are out of date and duplicative of the
--helpflag. This PR removes links to that site and instead points users at using the--helpflag directly to learn more about a command.Related: cloudfoundry/docs-book-cloudfoundry#140
