Pin last CJS marked and current DOMPurify so preview, autocomplete, notifications, and settings HTML is sanitized on a patched stack. marked 1+ dropped sanitize/sanitizer — purify after parse (github). dugite 1.110.0 on github (tar still overridden from the editor tree).

Runtime SCA for Chevron: pin last CJS marked and current DOMPurify. github also bumps dugite to 1.110.0 and sanitizes after parse (marked 1+ dropped sanitizer).
