I build the websites, mobile/desktop apps, search visibility and ad accounts that local service businesses run on, and I treat all four as one problem instead of four separate jobs. Most of my clients arrive paying for all three and unable to tell which one is failing.

- A solicitors' firm from roughly zero to 3,000 monthly visits, and from ~40 to 100+ booked calls a month
- A laundry service from 10–15 monthly sign-ups to 100+, now averaging 60+ orders a month
Full-stack Go and TypeScript, native iOS in Swift. The AI tooling below is aimed at the same problem from the other side: finding customers, and knowing which part of the funnel is doing the work.

Pace AI — AI video generation on a node-based workflow editor, so a video is something you compose once and re-run with new inputs rather than re-edit from scratch. React Flow + Remotion.
CallSync — Booked calls in GoHighLevel arrive with their notes already attached. Bridges GHL calendar data and AI notetakers like Fireflies, so nobody is matching transcripts to bookings by hand.
SEO Pulse — An autonomous SEO agent on Claude + Google Search Console. Reads the search data and acts on what it finds, instead of producing another export for someone to interpret.

Ship small, ship often, measure it. If a change to a site can't be traced to a number that moved, it wasn't worth making.
Design is not a finishing step. Premium UI is the difference between a visitor trusting a business and closing the tab, and I build for that from the first commit.
