Add B::cchar as the third string helper, completing the set of B string functions that XString extracts. cchar() returns a single-quote-surrounded escaped version of the first character of a string, suitable for use as a C character literal. Implementation mirrors B.xs exactly — same ALIAS dispatch pattern (cstring=0, perlstring=1, cchar=2) and identical escape logic. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
