There was one common too many (unlike Python, json can't have an extra comma after the last element of a list). I've removed that comma, now the tests pass and I'll merge. Thanks so much @tammojan ! |

Description
This pull request adds coordinates of the Dwingeloo radio telescope to the known sites. I used the coordinates we derived from a survey, these are the most accurate coordinates we currently have.
