Hi, I'm Andreas (@andreaslech)

🚀 Sidepreneur & Agile Enthusiast

I am the founder of Flow2c, a tool designed to bring transparency and data-driven clarity to agile teams. I'm on a mission to end "gut-feeling agility" by turning process data into actionable insights and reliable forecasts.

🛠️ What I'm working on

Flow2c: Building a "Career Insurance" for Product Owners. We use Monte Carlo simulations and flow metrics to protect teams from toxic pressure and enable evidence-based scope trading.

Agile Coaching: Helping teams move from "busy-ness" to actual flow and systemic stability.

🌱 Currently learning & growing

Django: Scaling the backend for Flow2c to handle complex workflow analytics.

Product Marketing: Validating hypotheses and building a community around data-driven agile leadership.

💞️ Looking to collaborate on

Innovation in Agile: If you're passionate about flow metrics, probabilistic forecasting (à la Daniel Vacanti), or systemic process improvement, let's talk!

Feedback: I'm always looking for POs and Scrum Masters to test my latest product hypotheses.

🎵 Beyond the code

When I'm not analyzing cycle times or writing Python, you'll probably find me listening to or playing Jazz music.
