sprites are causing mixed content while in the sitefinity backend, because the protocol is hard coded to http. Changed to relative url, and changed cdn.kendostatic.com to kendo.cdn.telerik.com as per http://www.sitefinity.com/developer-network/knowledge-base/details/kendo-cdn-does-not-have-a-valid-ssl-certificate
