- Retry interrupts using the active turn ID when cached IDs become stale.
- Ignore stale completion events and interrupt turns that start after stop requests.
- Add focused helpers and regression tests for mismatch handling and turn lifecycle recovery.
- Retry interrupts with the live turn ID and handle late-starting turns - Ignore completion notifications from stale turns - Add regression coverage for interrupt recovery and turn matching
