Prevent layout shift by keeping the worktree control row's height in the non-compact draft composer even when no worktree row is rendered. Add a test asserting the reserved row exists without the Worktree mode button.

Agent Resumerows (with a provider-suppliedsubAgentTypewhen the tool args don't carry one), and redirects nested rows to the live resume row instead of a dead launch row; the renderer displays them distinctly rather than as plain agent rows. Fully translated across all 13 locales.
